Refund Policy

A Find My Clan report is a one-time $10 USD digital purchase. We want you to feel the purchase was fair, so our refund policy is deliberately simple and generous.

Always refunded

We will give you a full refund, no questions asked, if:

• the report failed to generate, unlock, or deliver;
• you were charged more than once, or charged in error; or
• the report is clearly broken or inaccessible and we cannot fix it for you.

Goodwill window

Even if your report delivered correctly, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you are not satisfied. Because the report is inexpensive and we would rather you feel good about Find My Clan than feel stuck, we honour reasonable requests in this window.

A note for EU/UK customers

A report is digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing and accessing it you ask us to begin delivery right away, which can affect the standard statutory “cooling-off” right to cancel digital content once access has started. This does not affect your rights where a report is faulty or not as described — and in any case our goodwill window above applies.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout (or include it), with the surname you purchased. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within about 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, access to that report is revoked.
